Eliana Aponte

Eliana worked as a Reuters staff reporter for 12 years. During her time with Reuters, she was based in Israel, Palestine, Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia, and covered the Lebanon-Israel war, the Iraq war, Colombia's conflict, Haiti's 2004 political crisis, the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, and the Central American migration to the United States through Mexico. In addition, Aponte has covered Rio de Janeiro's Carnival and the 2004 Athens Summer Olympic games among other sporting events.

Los Angeles based Commercial and Fine Art photographer, Lorne Resnick teaches landscape, wildlife, people and travel photography workshops around the world. He also shoots commercial projects on location and in the studio for advertising clients and works on his own fine art images for galleries.

Whether it’s hiking to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, exploring the giant sand dunes of the Grand Erg Occidental in the Sahara, rowing Vietnam’s Mekong Delta or walking Havana’s Old City, his passion for travel and photography keeps him moving around the globe exploring different cultures and countries, capturing unique moments.

Otto von Münchow

A Norwegian based photographer, who has covered stories from all over the world.

His work is rooted in the documentary and photojournalistic tradition, but constantly seeks to expand his vision. Passion and transcending that passion into poignant photographs is essential to his approach, whether it’s documentary work on assignment or personal photo projects.

His photos have been published in magazines worldwide. He loves to teach, whether workshops on location, regular classes or online. Recently he created a new online mentor program for photojournalists, running over three months.

Sven Creutzmann

Sven has almost 40 years of experience as a professional photographer. He was educated as commercial photographer and spent 3 years shooting in a prestigious studio in Hamburg, Germany. But in search for more real-life adventures, Sven went on to cover international news events for British News agency Reuters. He now shoots big editorial stories; plans, produces and photographs commercial productions and is teaching photo workshops with Blue Hour Photo Workshops, which he founded with his friend and colleague Otto von Münchow over 15 years ago.
