The Team

Otto von Münchow

I am a Norway‑based photographer who has worked on stories across the world. My practice is rooted in the documentary and photojournalistic tradition, yet I am always looking to expand my visual language. Passion — and the ability to translate that passion into meaningful, resonant photographs — is at the core of my approach, whether I’m working on assignment or pursuing personal projects.

I studied documentary photography and photojournalism at the International Center of Photography in New York, and my images have been published in magazines worldwide. Teaching is an important part of my work as well — whether on‑location workshops, regular classes, or online sessions, I love sharing what photography can open in people.

Reynier Guerra Bermudez

I was born in Cuba and came to photography not through an academy, but through years spent behind a bar and on the streets, where I learned to observe people closely. Working at the Belview art‑café gallery revealed what I truly needed: to tell stories through a camera. That is where I met Sven, who became not only my mentor but a father figure — the foundation of my photographic voice.

My work moves away from the postcard image of Cuba. Coming from a humble background, I look for the stories carried by older generations and the pulse of my own. I don’t stage scenes; I rely on genuine connection, a skill shaped by years of street experience.

I describe my style as simple, sober, and deeply human. I focus on the moment when character reveals itself. My work has remained mostly private, out of respect for the people I photograph. Portraits are not a profession for me — they are the way I move through the world.

Sven Creutzmann

I was born behind the Iron Curtain in Berlin and later trained in commercial photography in Hamburg, where I spent three years working in a studio before joining Reuters as a news photographer for seven years. For the past four decades, my focus has been magazine reportages.

I have published four books on Cuba, where I have been the only permanently accredited German photographer for more than 40 years. For over 25 years, I have also been teaching photography in workshops, sharing the craft and the deeper stories behind it.
